Research Contents
It is our aim to contribute to clinical nursing and nursing education by conducting research in the fields of adult nursing, cancer nursing, rehabilitation nursing, nursing education and nursing administration.
 
Clinical Nursing
Research has amongst others been conducted into: Adjustments of hospital discharge towards the furtherance of home care; Perioperative patient comfort and nursing; Development of palliative techniques for cancer patients; Support for community life of patients with disabilities; Palliative home care; Care for patients with chronic pain.   
 
Nursing Education
Some of the educational programs that have been developed are as follows: Practice of communication techniques for nurses; Methods for practical clinical training; Methods for follow-up education of nurses; Nursing for victims of sexual violence.
Research has furthermore been conducted into nurturing nursing assessments.
